We are so happy to have with us, from Wisconsin, Matt Trewhella, author and speaker. Matt is pastor of Mercy Seat Christian Church (founded in 1988) in the Milwaukee, WI area and founder of Missionaries to the Preborn.
Through his research and teaching on the biblical duties of the lower magistrate, Pastor Matt Trewhella came across the Magdeburg Confession, an important historical work that became the first in the history of mankind to set forth in a doctrinal format what only later came to be known as the Lesser Magistrate Doctrine. From that came his book, The Doctrine of the Lesser Magistrates. He is outspoken in his defense of defying governmental tyranny according to Scripture.
Pastor Trewhella and his wife Clara live in the Milwaukee, WI area. They have eleven children.
